Smith Coffin Private Finance approached us to see if we would act as their IT support. We had worked with other mortgage and finance companies previously, and so were only too pleased to offer our services to the Smith Coffin team.
This small, local business didn’t have in-house IT support because of the number of employees, but they did have a variety of IT needs, from new user set ups to printer issues to problems with hardware and software. We agreed a monthly maintenance contract to offer support and maintenance as and when needed. This flexible service means we can add time as the business grows to ensure uninterrupted support and service.
